I don't care for her stunts either way, but if a platform provider is going to ban you for breaking their rules:

1) They need to be able to point to the rule you broke.
2) It needs to have actually been objectively broken.
3) There can't be selective enforcement of the rule.
4) The rule can't be set up in such a way that it's specifically designed to discriminate.
