It's been good.
There was very little dialogue at first, it was kinda obvious they were finding their groove with the artstyle first and foremost. Once they got that down, they started adding more dialogue to the chapters, and it feels consistent with Miura's writing overall, although the biggest casualty so far has been Puck. His character has taken a huge backseat, as they're focused more on finishing the story than they are with fluff like Puck's humor, which is a shame.
It's readable, but lacking texture in terms of narrative and characterization.

It's not gonna change anything if you're waiting to get in. Miura's Berserk is, sadly, finished.

It's...readable. The art is decent, nothing egregious has happened that fans particularly disliked it, but it also doesn't really feel the same, which is understandable.

Well, as much as I like Miura's Berserk, the story was going nowhere ever since they set foot on that ship. Finally, with the latest chapter the story in picking up some stream again. Super stocked for the next chapter!

It's more or less the last couple seasons of Game of Thrones -- inferior writers working off of incomplete material.
I think it's best taken as its own thing. While the supervisor does supposedly know the most important aspects of the ending, the other writers are often left to work out the details and there are inconsistencies and plot holes that would definitely not be there if Miura was around.
At the same time, you know, they're really working toward that ending now and a lot of big things are happening in the story so it's still fun to see it play out, but the details and pacing aren't quite there.
It is what it is.

I would say the stark (ba dum tch) difference between the two is the level of respect given to the respective source materials.
The writers of GoT had no respect and it showed, whereas with Berserk, it at least feels like they're taking their time and doing what they can to give us the best possible ending we could expect without Miura.

I don't really feel that, but Game of Thrones did have practical budget and schedule concerns that Berserk doesn't so they definitely rushed to some plot points that needed more time to feel earned.
Berserk has been a little sloppy with some of the outright plot holes that have contradicted lore, which was less of a problem in Game of Thrones.

They tried to rush GoT to completion to begin work on their Star Wars trilogy, which I thought was disrespectful, but ironically that got canned because of the GoT backlash lol.
I wouldn't call Mori's Berserk sloppy, though. It's noticeably different from Miura's Berserk, sure, but they are taking their time to decipher Miura's notes to get the story from where it's currently at up to whatever sort of end was left behind, while also trying to recreate the artstyle to the best of their ability.
There are inconsistencies, but that was gonna happen no matter who took over. We're getting shown an abridged version of the ending via proxy, by the most qualified person to do so in a post-Miura world. Can't let perfect be the enemy of good.
