Hi, I have an extended warranty from Best Buy for my Nintendo DS. Recently, my battery hasn't been holding a charge like it should. Is the replacement process easy with Best Buy? For some reason I am worried that they aren't going to give me a new one.

If you have an extended warranty on a product they still sell, they basically just grab a new one of the shelf for you and say "here you go".
