Outlook Express vs. Thunderbird vs. Others

Not sure what to go with. I have mostly Hotmail accounts, with some other POP3 accounts. I want to be able to read my webmail without having to use 3rd party POP3 programs. I like Thunderbird, but was annoyed by its feeble webmail support. Outlook Express isn't bad, but it's not great either. I don't know what the last upgrade for it was either. It's been too long IMO. Any other suggestions? Eudora or others? PEACE.

I've been using a program called Pocomail. Dunno how it compares, but it seems to do what I need. Never really used anything else.
