Hey, so I've got this short video I'm trying to export into Quicktime, but I'm having trouble getting the settings right. Despite picking both a video and audio compressor, the file is till 200+ MB, despite being a little more than 3 minutes long.

If anyone has any suggestions for quicktime/non quicktime formats, that would be fabulous.

Divx is a good compressor if you dont mind AVI format.

Also try the built-in MPEG-4 compressor.

yeah and grab a copy of virtual dub, export a big uncompressed avi from premeire and then compress with vd, that way you can also compress the audio with mp3
