I've heard Acrobat is very bloated software so does anyone have any good suggestions for a free, great, and windows compatible pdf viewer?

There's actually a utility that you can use to get rid of the bloated aspect of Acrobat. It works really well and Acrobat loads really fast as a result.

I use GhostViewer/Ghostscript, which works for both .pdf and .ps files. I don't know if it's the best one around but certainly not bloated as Acroreader.
