Best season of Power Ranger other than season 1-3?

I have watched Season 1 and 3 of PR religiously but they are extremely over rated.

The resurgence of their popularity via movie film and comic kinda makes it less appealing now.

But I feel there are waaaaaaayyy more better season to PR.

My favorites goes to

In Space

In space writing and story felt very original rather than Americanize like the first season.

Lost Galaxy

Lost galaxy was also have good writing.

Whats your favorite?

It was a revelation to me when I saw the Netflix toy series that more than half of the Power Rangers series were made of footage from another Japanese series.

Basically they only shoot the "civilian" part of the series with the actors we know, the rest came from a Japanese series.

I just watched Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie for nostalgia purposes. Pretty good. I dunno about the seasons other than the original ones which I haven't watched since childhood.

There's something special about 90s hot...

And fuck boy's, nearly three decades later Amy Jo Johnson can still get it

Lost Galaxy - I'm a huge Robotech fan so this is just right up my alley.
Lightspeed Rescue - For good old-fashioned Saturday morning heroism you can't do any better.
RPM - A much more complicated series that probably shouldn't work but it absolutely does.

Those are the only post-mmpr series I really love.

Surely that isn’t recent… is it?

I once looked on a Power Rangers wiki for episodes where people return, then looked them up for a nostalgia hit. As the originals were what I watched I couldn't care less about later teams, but it's crazy that they, for example, reunited nearly every Red Ranger for a special episode. Usually shows won't bother doing something like that. I guess it's the right mix of not super famous people that are happy to take the job. What's stranger is that I very much doubt the audience of that particular series were born when Jason was Red Ranger, so him showing up wouldn't have meant anything to them.

There's a random later storyline where Zordon dies and the force of good from his explosion eradicates evil across the galaxy, and you see Rita and Lord Zedd turn into lovely, normal people. Again, which kid understood the significance of that?

Space and Lost Galaxy for me. Been also watching the newer stuff with my son (Dino Thunder I believe), not a fan.

RPM is the true GOAT and anyone who says otherwise needs to watch it. Here I'll help:

Not sure if it counts, but if you can find the Pirate one subtitled I thought it was pretty good.

I had fun with it, and a bonus for me was that Red tended to act like Dante from Devil May Cry at times.

The show has more fun stuff in it but I don't want to spoil in case anyone wants to check it out.

It's a shame western networks started butchering Power Rangers even further after the 5th run, but with this one I understand why (gun usage).

Just finished Liveman couple weeks ago, was incredible. I'm watching timeranger right now and it's also pretty good, but seriously Liveman was next level.
