Both my dad and I are unemployed. He is 2 credits shy of his Master's in education and has taught for 15 years in middle and elementary school (learning disabled children). I on the other hand have an A.A. in Writing but am just looking for some bullshit office data entry job for some part time cash while I finish my Bachelor's.

Any recommendations for our best options in terms of websites or otherwise?

For your father, networking is best. Maybe he could go into the sub pool and "market" his way up? Or maybe he could do volunteer work and gain connections from there?

For you, I'd go to a personnel/temp agency. Or maybe you could look into work study at your school, those jobs are typically super flexible.

Not to be discouraging, but online job boards aren't usually great places to find work. But if you do go that route, I'd search through places like SimplyHired.com or Indeed.com. They cull through information across the World Wide Web, and have additional info about companies (like average salaries) that can help y'all out.
