Best source for satellite photos?

I'm in the process of researching something, and it would really help if I could get satellite photos of certain areas. I'm especially interested if they have multiple shots of the same area. . .like a shot from 1995 and then one from today.

If it's not overly expensive, I'd be willing to pay for the service, too.

EDIT: I'm aware of Terraserver, but I was hoping for someone that offered photos of larger areas than a couple miles.

EDIT 2: All the major sites appear to be ass for eastern europe.

Satellite photos are expensive dude. You'll probably need specialized software to play around with them too (cropping, tweaking the different RGB, inferred settings etc. etc..). I've seen my fair share of satellite photos. ;)

Your best bet would be to go to a local university and poke around in the library to see what they have. Go bug the geography department and see if they'll help too.
