Good the Bad and the Ugly is a better movie. So is High Noon.
I just love Tombstone though. Despite it needing a lot more Doc Holiday...

For me, it's a tie between Once Upon A Time In The West and The Searchers. Both are great, but so different from another, it's hard to choose an absolute favorite. Other Westerns I like: Tombstone, The Man With No Name Trilogy (though he has a name in the first two movies. 
), The Wild Bunch, The Magnificent Seven, True Grit, Unforgiven, Pale Rider, etc.

Even though I respect the traditional classics with Clint Eastwood and the likes, there's a lot of room in my heart for the movies with Terence Hill and Bud Spencer. Such a great duo...instead of going all-action and being serious, they add some light-hearted elements, adding a pinch of comedy to the Western genre.
I especially appreciate the Trinity movies, it's hard not to be entertained by their cool and funny characters. It's a feel-good Western! Nice music too.

Can't believe this grim little masterpiece hasn't been mentioned yet:
Tombstone is fun, but it's not even remotely in the running. Objectively, I'd probably have to give it to The Searchers, though it's not my personal favorite.
Kiriku, Terrance Hill is fun and all, but if you're going to talk Western comedy:

Good, Bad, Ugly can't be beat. Well perhaps by High Noon, but no other.

Anyway, this choice is a no brainer for me...
Still need to get this version...but any version of this movie is solid gold. Also got the full soundtrack for it, which rules...The Ecstasy of Gold is one of the most hauntingly beautiful tunes in existance.
