Black Ops 7 drops in 4 days

It will be very interesting to see how BO7 affects things on console

Everyone hates COD - Yet everyone loves it.

It's almost as if some people's personal preference, notions and anecdotal evidence aren't as precise or central to the universe as they might think........................................................

Just grabbed a copy on CEX using a bunch of vouchers I've had. Only cost me £3.90 so if it's shit then it's no real loss to me. I've been playing a bunch of Warzone recently and the gunplay is unmatched in my opinion.

I was offered the game key for free and I still declined lol. I used to play every single COD up to the last one last year and realized I just dont care about this franchise anymore. I dont find it fun at all and feel like I keep getting less and less of a game, depending on monthly updates to get it to some reasonable package. This year was when I said Im done with this.

I accept the Key if you can get it back papito

Completely left my brain that it was coming. Blops 7 straight after Blops 6, with BF6 and Arc Raiders both being hits... yeah... this is probably going to be one of the off years for CoD, like Infinite Warfare / Vanguard / MWIII

Completely forgot that it's coming out. Well, since I don't even have time for BF6 anymore, this year's CoD will be a total skip.

Again no. It starts the auto download like any game with a content update but you can just deselect the bits you don't want as the download starts. here's mine from today, luckily I wanted the update but if you didn't you just deselect it. Unless you are suggesting I need to install black ops 7 to play 6. The only thing that is a mandatory update is COD HQ which is around 10gb last time I checked.

I could be wrong but it would be fucking stupid if they force you to download 7 to play another game you own.

This is my Steam. I do not own black ops 7, yet I was forced to update over 90gb on November 10th when the apparent pre-loads started for the new game. Reading about it online, this is the general concessions I got about the update, while nothing being officially confirmed of course.

Got the same thing on PS5. It says its BO6 shit, but I think they are lying. I didn't install a BO7 beta but played the beta.

BF6 and Arc Raiders combo actually pose a massive threat to the success of CoD this year. You love to see it.
Lol CoD will have more active players than both those games combined by the end of the year.

People online hate on CoD but the reality is the sells of CoD isn't slowing down anytime soon because of the casual audience.

I've bought and played every COD on release for the past five years. My hype is around zero for BO7. Been playing Battlefield 6, and I like how casual/less sweaty it is.

No you got an update for BO6 and COD HQ, they even posted about this happening.
BO7 only downloads automatically if you had it pre-ordered or if you played BO6 before and have game pass, since game pass counts as a pre-order.

Amazed this mediocre series is still going. Every few games I check in and it's still practically the same game everytime. And that game was always meh at best.
