This one doesn't seem to have the texture in the back grip, I'd guess this is a pre-production design. Probably from a devkit.

The entire PS5 dual sense looks to me like the 3rd party Madcats controllers. The black is a more palatable 3rd party Madcats though

I think some people have said it's a dev kit controller, so that's why it looks slightly different than the retail. Can't see them releasing with white buttons like that.

Somehow doubt that the buttons would be all white on a black controller. Surely, they'd just make the colour scheme like on existing PS controllers.

I personally like the distinct colours for the four shape buttons.
