I have to imagine Snipes will be apart of it some way or another. He produced (I believe) all three movies and worked very hard to get them to the screen and they turned out to be huge successes for New Line. I don't imagine New Line (which is a pretty kick ass company) will screw him out of any profits for it.

This has been planned for awhile.. I never thought it would see the light of day though... and considering how shitty the 3rd movie was.... I'll be curious to see where in the Blade mythos this TV series is....
