A very dedicated user decided to put the dub voices from Chrono Phantasma into Central Fiction, which removed the dub completely.

Probably not. I don't have the Steam version, but it would be pretty great if the dub VAs contributed new stuff.

I still haven't bought this game because of the lack of a dub. So it's really nice to see people taking it into their own hands with what they have.
