Blue Origin explodes during a test at Cape Canaveral, no one was hurt but one hell of an explosion
Approx 6-7 miles if it takes around 30ish seconds (can't say exactly as I'm not sure if the footage starts right at the explosion but looks like that may have already happened)![]()
And holy shit, how distant is this camera to only hear the explosion after seeing for a long time?
Zuckerberg?
What caused it?
Now you see why Bezos opts to stay on the ground and spray champagne around instead.
Rockets have a lot of rocket fuel in them. Or maybe fairy dust, who can saytesting a new weapon in disguise?
This was using a USSF pad in Cape Canaveral, so I assume people in the area are aware and used to launches, although maybe not spectacular explosions like this.I wonder how much liability amazon has for folks who saw this and thought WW3 had just started then went and did something dumb.
I'm assuming they heavily publicize launches ahead of time? Or folks living around there are used to this stuff to some degree?
Amazing
