The range in 2-3-4 all have their advantages.

But I need to know height. I'd probably take #2 as the best but moreso if she's close to 5', anything in the range around 5'2" is optimal female height.

I'm assuming 5'4" for #2. It's the average height in the US for women.

TNG is LOADED with hotties. TOS is as well, but the 60's look is a bit more hit or miss than the late 80's/90's style of TNG. You can just smell the hairspray coming off those extras
