Alright Square Enix, settle down with the hyperbole a bit...

It's the japanese hyperbole. They always makes posts like this on every media, everything is the best ever, revolutionary, etc. The problem is that it looks like someone just translated things and left as is instead of considering how different things are in west.

For newcomers, this series is as follows:
1. Bravely Default Flying Fairy (3DS) / Remaster (Switch 2 | Xbox | Steam)
2. Bravely Second (3DS)
3. Bravely Default 2 (Switch / Steam)

In terms of changes in the Remaster, apart from the stuff already mentioned earlier in the thread, there is also a "limit break" item in the game which lets you break damage limit of 9999 and deal up to 99,999. So there is certainly some new strategies to explore even for players that have played the original. There are also some equipment differences. I have loved and completed this remaster on the Switch 2 already. But will buy this down the line just to own the definitive edition. Hope they remaster Bravely Second.

Great price, just bought it and put into my backlog. Looking forward to play this one when I find the time.

The funny thing is that I had both the DS and 3DS but ignored most JRPGs on those platforms, not sure why. I would like to see Radiant Historia ported to PC too, I've heard great things about it.

Having loved and own the 3DS Japanese version with english text , its still one of the games i love in terms of fanservice/character design/game play

i got $10 Microsoft Credit and bought the xbox version while its still on sale , might dip again when there's a sale on steam , switch 2

i will still play the 3DS version once in a while with AR cards LOL

Fast Forward. Speed up encounters and now cutscenes/dialogue from 50%-200%.

After playing the 3DS version (which I found cheap physical on eBay) for a few hours: I need this.
