Quick question for you knowledgeable infrastructure people:
My cable company is offering higher speed internet access. For $5 a month more I can go from 3Mbps down / 256 K Up to 7 Mbps down / 800 K Up. This seems like it is worth it but almost all of the networking in my house is done through wireless 802.11b. Will I notice the difference in up/down speeds with my wireless setup? Will I see less lag in XBox Live or PC online games (both of which are connected with wireless as well)?
Thanks!
