That might take awhile. I counted at least a dozen last time I looked. Several RPGs, several sidescrollers, fighters, and puzzle/party games.
Is there a One Piece RPG out there?
There is one on the GBA that I had the chance to get a few hours in; the game itself is half-assed in some ways and great in others. Each character has a single ability out of combat, and once battle begins the group (3 characters active) actually fights it out on a small SRPG grid. It's the shining light of the game, really.
Sanji refuses to fight women in combat, and will just go starry eyed if you try.

Unfortunately the story is ridiculously boring (and filler), there are way too many encounters (even if you can see them coming), and the puzzles are the usual trite "do this to do that, or you're stuck forever" variety.
