i just picked up my new ds last night along with super mario 64 ds.

walmart had a ton ds systems in stock so if anyone is still having problems finding them,
check wally world.

i'm in love with my ds. the touch screen is sweet. :D

now a question: how far is the range on the wireless connectivity? i went into pictochat and ugh, chatted with myself. :lol

is the range good on this pictochat to pick up anyone with a ds let's say...a mile or two or do they have to be basically sitting next to me? (don't bash me, i didn't rtfm).

next games on the list:

wario ware touched
spider-man 2(cause i like spidey)
metal slug advance

/rubs ds

ps-this will be fun at work tonight. :lol

The battery will get older more quickly if you take it out and put it back in? Mmmkay. Are you also waiting for the superior PS2 version of RE4? :P

According to Nintendo, the range is 30-100 feet depending on the conditions around you.

I have a screen protector ..

I've rubbed my DS like there's no tomorrow on games like Wario Ware Touched and Feel The Magic, and there's not a single scratch on my screen.

I got a few scratches on my screen which were created if I hold my stylus at a specific angle...I think a grain of something is imbedded on the tip. Annoys teh Hell out of me. SO I switched to my spare stylus. No problems...yet.

Yeah, same here. The styles only leaves small marks that are removed once you wipe the screen down. You really don't have to worry about the touchscreen at all.

I've noticed the marks my stylus leaves on the screen can be rubbed off with a soft cloth. I use the cloth that came with my specs.

I can only see them when the power is off and it's tilted correctly under a normal light... but I like to keep it clean anyway. They're like freakin mirrors!
