Capcom should remaster “Mega Man Powered Up”

Mega Man Powered Up is, in my opinion, THE best Classic Mega Man game. It was a perfect handheld title, and incredibly far ahead of its time.

But honestly, why not remaster that bad boy? The visual art style still holds up, although it could look a little plain-jane is left entirely as is. I'd say make some improvements to some of the backgrounds, though, and you have a pretty awesome game.

I'd also kill for a sequel, maybe even introducing Bass as a secret unlockable character (the way Protoman is unlockable in the first, despite not appearing for several more games).

I also loved all of the voices. Absolutey top-notch all around!

My only real complaint was the music was a little lame. Maybe have an optional remixed soundtrack would also be good.

Wasn't this game itself a remake of Mega Man 1?

Good game, but I'd take legends first. Actually legends is 3 games... Where is our collection Capcom...

Rockman Dash (ロックマンDASH, Rokkuman Dasshu) i need it in my veins you pricks...

The series consists of
Megaman Legends
Megaman Legends 2
The Misadventures of Tron Bonne

I was at a game store thr other day and spotted the first game in the wild.... Fing $98 used...with no instructions..lol... The other games are even pricier.

They re-released every other megaman game including 6 battlenetwork games... But it feels like they dispise mm legends. Why?

Powered up after legends. We have enough classic mm games. There are like 20 some in the mm legacy, and x collections.

Capcom don't give a shit about Mega Man these days smh

This kid care more about that IP then them

(but he also care about killing more too so.......yeaaaaa)

I liked Mega Man Powered Up a lot (though don't know if i can say it's the best way to play these games, ) and yes, they should remaster and re-release it

And, they should finish the saga, or at least make a new MM Powered Up 2 and 3, redo the best IMO of the Megas.

(Also, include the NES games, live-switchable if possible.)

It would also benefit from the remaster treatment just to touch up some sluggishness on the controls.

any while they are at it they can improve the controls of it.
for some fucked up reason they thought they just had to base the feel of the movement in Powered Up on the actual Mega Man 1, and Mega Man's controls weren't really perfected until Mega Man 3. in MM1 and MM2 you always slide a bit instead of instantly stopping when letting go like in later games. it was reduced in MM2, so it was better there. but in MM1 you really feel it.

But on topic, Powerup series is pretty underrated imo. It expanded the characters in a fun way
