Can't really call him that yet. He's only wrestled twice, wrestles nothing like Scott Hall, and looks nothing like Scott Hall. He's solid in the ring and can cut a promo, but he's desperately in need of a move set. He needs to establish a finishing move and some trademark moves real quick. Cheating to win EVERY single match will only get you so far.
