Hi all, job-related plead for translational help:

We are planning an international chef/cooking/cultural exchange where 13 chefs from the Costa Brava in Spain visit 13 Restaurants in Solingen/Germany and will cook there for a week. As always, there's low budget and a lot of voluntary work involved.

The spanish lawyer sent me a mail which unfortunately isn't written in spanish (which I know a bit), but in Catalan.
Could somebody help me with a rough translation please? PM me if applicable.
