I think both Tim and Eric are pretty diverse in the projects they take on. Their production company seems to be doing great with many of their shows now in their 3+ seasons, which probably has allowed them a little more freedom to do what they want. I doubt Decker and On Cinema are really heavy hitters for Adult Swim considering they were both online only shows for awhile. It's likely Tim is doing them strictly because he enjoys making them and the adult swim format allows him freedom to make smaller, more over the top content.

I don't know exactly how it's sorted out, but right now only episodes 4 and 5 require you to log in with your cable provider.
