Good, there is still hope for this to be decent.

Much like ABC is going ahead with the Oscars without a host in place, Disney/Marvel is apparently moving forward with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3without a director. Sure, the timing may be off and the tightly controlled production schedule is all out of whack, but with so much invested in the franchise already, the third film is sure to come. Star Chris Pratt confirmed as much, as well as the fact that they're still working off of a script from recently fired director James Gunn
