discovery health did a special on this a few months back. fascinating yet creepy

They're not planning anything, they've simply received permission to pursue it. From what I read it'll be at least two years before they find even their first candidate for the procedure. It's a while down the line yet. It's simply been approved by the ethics board and whatnot.
