They nerfed the game to shit just before it hit Xbox. People were big mad about it. They're pushing another patch with the mobile release that should undo some of the damage. Tbd tho...

Addictive, but not as good as Balatro. Balatro is faster paced and way more meat to the game. In Cloverpit, you got to watch the small transition animations (like the ticket and coins) and look around with RS. Balatro is pure mouse clicking.
Played it for hours over a few days. Hit 6M tier. Next tier is 144M, which seems impossible! Didnt come close.

I bought this along with Ball x Pit (the bundle was like 2€ more, so why not - and if you haven't played Ball x Pit, do it!). As noted above, it's not as "meaty" when it comes to gameplay compared to Balatro. It's fundamentally just a slot machine, after all. But with all the "charms" and "phone-thingies", it is really quite addictive. And infuriating at times. I've had two 666's within a single round. Which is like, "come on, man!". But I suppose that represents an actual casino quite perfectly.
