Isn't it the soundtrack licence that is restricting the release of the film?

It's quality was subpar and I requested a refund.
I'd recommend staying well clear of them.

You need a publisher like 88 Studios or Shout to get the rights because they will pay the licence fee unlike the studio that made it.

I received an email earlier today from the EU retailer I pre-ordered the game from, informing me that the retail edition of Cocoon has been delayed to September 30th. I sure hope iam8bit doesn't mess up yet another physical release...

The silver lining is that they've already given me the pre-order bonus code for the music, so that's cool, I guess.

It's a Bulgarian video game retailer named ozone. I order from them because they have free shipping for orders over €35 and prices for some of the games they have up for pre-order are cheaper than what's local. Maybe the delay is just for the PEGI version of the game though.
