AC weirdly played some basement show here in Detroit once. Like someone from the local scene booked them. I must've been like 19 or 20 at the time because Seth passed in 2011.

Anyways, it was hot as fuck in the basement and all I had to drink were the two 40s I brought with me. Back when I still tried to be cool. I kept chugging em because the basement was packed and I was dying and all these grindcore crust punk dudes had like the worst hygiene ever.

Finished em both super quick, and I got nauseous. I went outside to get some fresh air and cool off. I ended up ralphing and passing out by a tree somewhere. Completely missed them play. I regret that a lot now, especially since he died less than a year later.

Edit: I guess the cool part of that story would involve how Seth was just like walking around and hanging out with everyone. He was so clearly doped up out of his mind though. Just really vacant looking. So I'm not even entirely sure I could say I met him technically.
