My wifes laptop needs a new install at least I think. Its real sluggish and almost everytime she turns computer on she has to do a windoes update, just seems weird.
My problem is I get to the windows install and it stops around 50-70% and says cant reinstall because of missing components or something like that.
Im doing a full clean install.
She doesnt have any spyware or protection istalled. I read things likr AVG etc need removed sometimes before a windows install.
Im using a usb with windows 10 to reinstall because her Reset My PC keeps saying it cant reset it.
Just curious if anyone has had this issue before.
