This has got to be the best looking game around. Pity the multiplayer doesn't look as good as the single, though it's understandable.

Rare is doing a great job remaking the graphics. Hope they find time to add in a new area or two. LotR would be awesome, or maybe they can put some of the new Terminator stuff to use in the single player game.

I can't wait to hear this game, either. Rare games always have good music and sound effects, and certain scenes in Conker are going to shine in 5.1 (e.g.

Rare wants you to know that the content from the single-player adventure remains unchanged from the 2001 N64 release.

Apparently their reasoning is that not many people got to play the original anyway, so it'll be new to most.

Well, Chris Seavor already stated he did not want to make a sequel to Conker (he'll probably re-jump on some of the projects that were put in touch when Rare was bought). And without him on board, I can't even imagine how the whole package would lose a great part of its satirical factor... Not to mention the lost of both its sheer innocence and surprise effect.

EDIT : by the way, as Killer Instinct was the game that ran on the Game Boy in the original Conker, can someone confirm if it's the SNES version this time around or not ?

Is there any doubt that Rare have the best texture people in the industry? Amazing. And what's even better is that I didn't get to play this game on the N64 so it's all new to me.
