There are bots, but they won't work over Xbox Live.

SCREW the online part! I just want the remade single player game! I've been waiting for this forever! I hate online deathmatches. I am one of the only two people who likes the single player campaigns in these games.

Yeah, I never got that far yet. Which is why I've been waiting forever to play the beautified Xbox version instead of having to suffer on my N64 with the broken (As usual) control stick. (Damn you, Mario Party 1! You killed every used N64 controller in the wild!)

Jasoco, you are absolutely right. FINALLY, someone who agrees! Multiplay IMO can go to hell. The developers nowadays seems to think a good meaty single play campaign can take a back seat to multiplayer. Believe me, if it weren't for the remake, the game wouldn't have gotten my attention. I don't care how good it looks. Battlefield 2 is another game I'm annoyed with. You can't tell me that they couldn't make a decent single play campaign with those incredible graphics. (I'm not talking about a crappy single play bot match) What a waste.

:lol I played Halo 2 for the first time in a while today and was reminded about what's wrong with the world. The scum of the earth got free subscribtions to XBL and I want to know why.

I'm buying this game tomorrow for both the one player and multiplayer modes. I loved the game on N64, but wasn't too thrilled with the multiplayer; hopefully it's been vastly improved for Xbox, but I'm interested because of the online play. The single player is the reason to get this game, however IMO.

I'll be purchasing this game as well tomorrow. I never played the original, as I had jumped on the Dreamcast bandwagon and offed all my N64 stuff long before that. I had always wished I would have the chance to play the 2 titles that escaped me from doing this - Conker and WWF No Mercy.... I got one (I can dream for the other one!)

Anyways, it seems that the game will suit me fine, as I don't have Live, and don't have anyone to play with, so the bots will serve me quite well, just as they did in Unreal Championship 2 (another fine game)

I'm lookng forward to it.

Fry's has it for 37$. I'll be getting it today since I didn't get very far in the N64 version. I figure most of it will be new to me.
