Controlling Dreams

Im halfway through a six week overnighter thing for Staples. 40 hours a week, graveyard five days a week.

Anyway, my sleeping has become really bad, since I never seem to leave work, my dreams are pretty much dominated by what I do at work. This makes for some stupid ass anxiety filled 'nightmares' and I havent had good REM sleep in weeks. Im living the longest day of my life so to speak, whether or not I get 8-10 hours sleep during the day.

On top of that ill wake up 2 hours after getting to sleep unable to sleep, but tired, knowing I need more.

Any help would be appreciated, im pretty fuggin tired.
