Welcome to the playable-cat-game renaissance! Copycat is a narrative adventure game in which you play as a recently adopted shelter cat who has her place in her humans' household stolen by, as the name implies, a copycat. It's in development for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Mac.

As someone who loves cats this one will probably be a tearjerker.

From developer Spoonful of Wonder, Copycat follows the story of a newly adopted shelter cat who becomes the victim of an elaborate plan when a jealous, stray copycat steals her place in the household.

Copycat is coming to Steam in September 2024, with a demo available now. The game is also in development for PS5 (PlayStation 5), PS4 (PlayStation 4), Xbox X/S, Mac, and Nintendo Switch.
