NGL I expected something weirder. It's quite close to what I was imagining at the beginning - maybe because I was expecting something weird, I dunno.

That detective is a piece of shit, though. The guy is in tatters, clearly wounded, sounds confused as fuck and he keeps squeezing him for 6 hours before checking him, without any sort of medical evaluation? Guilty or not, that's not the way to treat another human being. Piece of shit, makes my blood boil.

Tbf its not unlikely to get people saying incoherent things or acting like that during interrogations, usually because of shock, confusion or just fear of being locked up. And as the detective i would never have imagined they just sent me a guy with a bullet wound to the head and would just assume he was punched, hit his head or something.

Here i'd put the blame on the field officers who somehow managed to miss his wounds, probably just immediatly assumed he was the killer cause boyfriend.
