It appears Creed 2 is a success. It's amazing how these young directors are coming out of nowhere and hitting home runs.

It just goes to show, it's your talent and eye for cinematography that makes you viable not your experience.

Zach Sydner was experienced and worked himself right out of the business.

Saw it today and i liked it a lot. The new guy isnt coogler but I still liked his style quite a bit. He even got a decent performance out of Thompson for once.

The movie stands out due to its script and the links to the Rocky series. I loved it, but I can only trust the director to not fuck up something great.

I liked the first movie, but I just felt both the main character and the main opponent didn't have much charisma or character to them. It just seems that in modern movies like this the characters are some charisma-lacking UFC fighters or just bland with no "special something" in them. And damn what a disappointment it was during the final match when the iconic theme happened but it was this awful modern rendition of it.

I've been thinking I should go and see the sequel because I love Stallone and Rocky and I'd love to see Dolph as Ivan Drago again.

Yeah it's good. To me not as good as Creed 1, but a great continuation from the first. They didn't mess it up at all and they wrote it in a way, that made it feel as if this movie was NEEDED.

Haven't seen it yet though I plan to view it this weekend or the next. Drago Jr. still seems kinda...ehhh...but I trust Stallone when it comes to writing these films and everyone seems fairly positive on it, which is good.

Enjoyed the first Creed but wasn't in love with it or anything. Still, it was worthy of being a Rocky continuation which is no easy task.

With Stallone officially retiring from Rocky, it'll be interesting to see how the series moves forward when/if they make a 3rd.
