Cyberpunk have better gameplay ,better wow factor . Story was great .

Witcher 3 story in the base game just okay ,but the characters was amazing, the settings and side quest was great . I remember playing this game was a fcking draggg , the baron quest was a draaag ,Novigrad was a draaaag that keep dragging on , the Skellig part was a draaaag . But overall the small set piece, some cutscene , the ending make everything worth it .

I mean except for builds variety and combat and just pure gameplay.
And many people love cyberpunk artstyle over medieval stuff.

I personally prefer the main story in cb2077 even if the protagonist is much weaker because i could not muster enough fucks to give about the whole ciri stuff.

Dlcs for both games were all excellent.

Johnny, Songbird, Jackie, Reed, Goro, Judy, and Panam are all pretty good. Witcher 3 has good ones of course like the Baron, Dijkstra, O'Dimm, Yennefer, and Ciri. On the whole I'd say the Cyberpunk ones feel a bit more memorable.

Geralt is a much better protagonist compared to V though.

cyberpunk 2077's story, characters and the way main character is presented appealed to me more on a personal level. I also enjoy its gameplay better by a slight margin so I go with cyberpunk. phantom liberty DLC and the gameplay updates really helped though. before these two things, I'd probably say witcher 3

cyberpunk has more role playing freedom in terms of main character and you can have your own more unique headcanons, witcher is a bit limited in that regard (not saying you can't have your own headcanons with geralt though). I feel like cyberpunk gives more room for creativity

I say Cyberpunk.
I played it on PS5 with all the patches so i don't have a negative experience with it.
Witcher, while having a great story has absolutley terrible gameplay.

CP2077 was an ok game, but it didn't have the wow factor that the Witcher 3 had.
Most importantly, the stories in the Witcher 3 were much better, than in CP2077.
