I think it may be some kind of Fatboy Slim or Chemical Brothers remix, I think it's a 2000's track, the song is your normal techno fare and stuff then after a certain part in the chorus the song starts progressively repeating the same sounds but speeding up more and more and more as if it was challenging you to keep up with it. It's super mindblowing.
The song has a snare drum beat, and what I remember is that it sounded like "Up now Up now Up now Up now Up now Up now" when the fast part hit. Heard it in Monterrey, Mexico, but I think it wasn't on the radio.
