Ok usually I get speeds upto 2Mbps
now here are my current speeds
now I call them and the first tech agrees that something isnt right
but he says my signal strengths look great, and he doesnt see any worms or trojans
so we go through the motions of power cycling dehooking routers, etc on 2 different computers and get nowhere.
So he suggest swapping my modem which I do, and I now just got off the phone with a different tech stating that my speeds are "great" and that my router can cause my connections to slow down. (this is even after I told him that we didnt USE the router for a few tests), so basically im miffed off.
What else could it be?
Now remember these speeds are on 2 seperate computers, with and without routers, with a old and brand new modem.
