Aquaphor is an amazing ointment for dry skin (and especially for lips, which I can't imagine using any other product for), but it's probably too large in molecular weight to really penetrate the scalp. There's this thing I also use called Aquaphor for other parts of dry skin that does a really good job. It doesn't seem to really "cure" it but it does get rid of it for a little while. I'm sure if applied everyday it'd work a lot better.
