DC has cut ties with Diamond Comic Distributors, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

The announcement was made via an email to retailers sent Friday morning, with the company telling customers that, effective immediately, all orders for DC product will be fulfilled by Lunar Distribution and UCS Comic Distributors for periodical releases and Penguin Random House for graphic novels and collected editions.

This is HUGE. Diamond has been the primary comics distributer since the 90s and they have local comic shops by the balls.

They're fucking evil. Their minimum monthly order amounts make it very hard for small shops to even get started.
