Yeah, I bought one back when I still had an Xbox because I was like "Oh this will be great because I can use it on PC and Xbox" but the thing already had issues within 2 weeks, so I took that shit back. Plus, the hundreds of other stories of these breaking down.

While I understand and appreciate the spirit of the thread, a $120 gamepad is never going to be a deal... even less so when it's this POS, which has the worst QC of any controller I've ever seen. I bought one, replaced it twice due to shit not working right out of the box or the d-pad crapping out in like a week. It's a shit product.

I didn't realize that these are that unreliable but then again it is rechargeable. Could it be that it's lacking eneloop power and that's why they're breaking so often?

Got one for my son last year. I've replaced it once and it has basically become the controller you let other people use when they come over. A shame really.

I use mine as it feels nice, but god it’s terrible QA wise. Had to return the first and fix the second with sellotape to get the A and Y buttons to register every time.
