Need I remind you MGS fans that this publishing house gave Kabuki Warriors 4/5 stars and reviewed Eternal Darkness 3-5 months before it was finished..

Metal Gear Solid series has more mainstream appeal than many realize. I think some of you will be shocked by its sales in November.

I hope you're right. I won't be surprised if people skipped over MGS3 because they didn't like MGS2. Kind of like how Zone of the Enders 2 was overlooked, even though the game was so much better than the original

I don't think upfront sales of MGS3 will be as high as MGS2 because there isn't as much hype. But good word of mouth will dissolve the hate for MGS2 and sales for MGS3 should be more steady.

But Konami needs to advertise the game a bit though. I mean, where the fiznuck are the MGS3 commercials? I'm seeing a ton for Rumble Roses but none for MGS3!

Also, Zone of the Enders really wasn't ever that popular.

MGS sold 5 million copies and MGS2 6 million. Or maybe it is vice versa I forget. No one has completely forgotten about the series like ZoE.
