He'll just fake a heart attack and everyone will forget about it

Or have a real one and everybody wins. :) j/k

BTW, if Dick Cheney is indicted, will that mean that he'll have to resign as VP? Please say yes....

Judith Miller has spoken a little bit about her testimony:

Like I said, I'm glad I didn't get my hopes up. Looks like Cheney is clear of danger. Also for the most part, it seems Miller is supporting Libby's account. There's only small discrepancies that might not amount to anything criminal.

I don't see anything that clears Cheney. It just doesn't add or subtract anything from the possibility of Cheney knowing or coordinating any of this. All she said was that such a relation was never even touched upon.

If we can trust the NYT and Miller's accounts on this, Libby's kinda fucked.

The articles will never reach paper, or even the internet. "They" will make sure of it. You heard it here first, GAF! :)

First they'll have to find him, where is he anyway? Can you find Dick?

Where IS Dick? One thing is for sure though if this is true your gonna find that Dick will be in the mouths of alot of people.

The real question is which country will they invade to take the focus off of Cheney if this is true...

We're looking at you, Canada....

Er, can they even indict him? I was under the impression that the Pres and Vice Pres were immune until impeached or the end of their term. There are probably much easier targets that don't have to go through congress. Or is it only the president?

Bork (back during the Nixon administration) seemed to be fairly positive that it would be decided that only the President had immunity, and that appears to be the position of the DOJ to this day.
