did xbox360 madden fall off the map??

has there been any new word on this game since the behind closed doors shaun alexander trailer. i need my fix to justify me not buying this game next week for ps2. cmon EA give me somethin

I really hope you're joking about buying the same game on 3 systems (and the PSP one at all, really).
 
i have no self control when it comes to games. if i did by the ps2 i would trade it in when the 360 one hits. and the psp version actually looks good. dont knock madden on the go. just give me some more pics or another outdated trailer. somethin please ea

to the topic starter: buy NCAA on the PS2/Xbox and then get Madden on the 360.
 
i bought NCAA and i suck at it. i cant run the ball except for options, and passing is so much more different then madden. ive never been that big of a fan of ncaa anyways. im ebayin it this week and using that money for madden on the ps2

ummmmm i actually bought it last year and sold it a week later. this year looked promising with the route designing stylus feature that they were working on, but the psp one looks much much better and im not embarassed to show it off

The obvious answer is that they dont want to alienate their installed userbase. But I guarentee you a couple weeks after aug 9th(madden's release date) they'll start rollin out with the 360 pictures because by then im sure everyone who really wanted Madden will have it.(including me)
 
BigZep has it down perfectly.

I am only buying the Xbox version and PSP version. Still that is 100 bucks for Madden coming from my pockets.

Exactly. That's what I'm going to do. My "Race for the Heisman" should get me through to November. And even if Madden 360 sucks, by then you might be able to pick up the PS2/Xbox Madden for 29.99 (although without competition from the 2k series this might be less likely)
 
I have really nothing to add excpet that I can't wait for next gen Madden! :D

Hope it isn't stripped down like the original PS2 release. :(
 
They were having some problems with the plastic skin and bloom lighting shaders so they're going to fix that before releasing any new information.





I kid, I kid.... hopefully :)
