Okay guys, as of today, I've lost 10kg.

Feb. 1st --> 122kg (268lbs)
March 23rd --> 112.5kg (248lbs)

Here's me in Thailand in rental pants. This was me at my heaviest. You know shit's bad when you're in Thailand in rental pants.

Here I am at the end of January, a week before my diet started. (I'm in the hood)

Here I am during our recent St. Patrick's Day party on the 12th. (My buddy Mike up front, doin' the strut) And again.

Not great pictures, I know, but you can really see the weight that's come off about my neck and face. I'm down to the last notch on my belts. Guys, it's working out and I feel great. It really doesn't look like I've lost twenty pounds, but I have. I'm big-boned, and broad-shouldered, and I carry my weight well, but I'm tired of carrying it, period. Not healthy. Heart disease and strokes run in my family, and I am having none of that.

That's great man, keep up the good work. The trick is to just stick with it, if you can do that, you got it made.

Good work. I've lost 20 pounds as well. Next weekend I start going to a personal trainer. I want to start working out and build up some muscles.

I've got muscle. Hell, I'm willing to sacrifice a little muscle to the diet. But as soon as the weather turns warm, it's cycling and jogging for me.

I'm trying, the meds i'm on are doing a number on my body. So i've got no metabolism at all. Its bothering me cause i have to eat nothing but water and salad to loose any weight. But i've gained a lot of upper muscel strength sense i started working out in my garage. I used to have a problem lifting 180+ but now i can do it with little to no effort.

I'm trying to find a cardio that doesnt make get my heart working too much. I tried running and other things.

My diet has fluctuated, i ate a pizza a few weeks ago and lately i've just eaten just plain chicken and shrimp with salad and brown rice. So i've been eatting light. I lost 10 pounds since last month. Which was good, but since i gained so much between NOV and early FEB its been really hard on me.

I've got a lot of energy though which is good considering i'm fighting whats left in my body.

Out of curiosity, what did you change in your diet?

I don't know what you're talking about, but you can definitely see the difference from the pictures you've posted. You look a lot more... I don't know... tightly packed?

Keep up the good work.

Tightly packed..haha. I like that one.

Here's what I've been doing since the beginning of February:

I drink 3-4 liters of water a day. Nothing else.
Breakfast consists of yogurt or a bowl of bran flakes.
At about 10:30 I have a 141kcal granola bar.
At lunch, I have a bananna and a salad I make myself. (Three types of lettuce, cucumber, celery, moyashi, bean sprouts, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, red onion, cheese, pine nuts, topped off with lemon pepper ginger chicken)
Another granola snack at about 3:30 or 4:00.
Smaller portions at dinner.
No colas/sodas/teas.

Why no tea? Might i suggest you find a good white or black tea? They can really help you out. And get some green tea extract pills they help with diet. Its not difused with water.

I'm trying hard to get away from Gatorade. I know its bad for me i have on a day now. Instead of 2-3.

Teas just make me jittery. I have been off caffeinated drinks for about 6 months. I figure there's no reason to have the headaches and jitters again.
