I played Borderlands 4 all weekend with no texture or performance problems, no stutters, no Frame drops.
1080P 60FPS Badass settings DLSS quality on a RTX 4070.
I must have drawn the best PC this weekend after hearing all the 5090's having trouble.
I did have the program hang when closing it out one time.
Does DF mention what might be the issues? Are people just pushing their gaming computers too hard?

Console version might not be so hot as well (timestamped)...

I believe it 100%.

Multiple people have commented that the PS5 Pro and SX versions in their testing both tank performance a lot.

I know this game is probably pushing all the UE5 effects, but the artstyle makes it look like it isn't. They probably should have focused on performance first here.

But it's a "premium game". Yeah, sub 50fps drops are premium as fuck..

I don't even know why they pushed UE5 effects here when you can't even see them clearly with that ugly celshaded art style half of the time.

I'd love to try the Geforce Now 5080 tier on my Steam Deck but the same issue as always rears it's head...BIG games just dont do anything for me on such a small screen.

There's just no spectale, no immersion from it.

It's why I mainly just stick to emulating retro stuff on it thesedays.

One of my friends playing the SX version sent these on request. Performance mode and it looks very meh.

The draw distance in the first one seems to have a very definitive line and it doesn't look like this is using any nanite (?)

Is this a joke? 1080p dlss quality is akin to 720p internal rendering.
