Do Gaming Age Forum staffs read emails? (Repost)

I've written a lot of emails of GAF related questions to most Gaming-age staffs over the years, but almost all never replied me. Only Chris and Craig have replied me everytime and help me out, so I'd like to say thanks here and I really appreciate it. :)

They directed me to send an email to staff@ga-forum.com. But I never got a single reply from that address, and I've sent over 3 emails to there already. So I'm just wondering if the forum staffs purposely ignoring me or did they get my emails at all.

And in the past Tim(bishoptl) always help me out and answered my emails, but now he never replied me anymore. Do you still check tim@gaming-age.com, Tim? Or you're just ignoring me? :(

So I just want to know everyone's experiences and which email address actually help you out regarding the forum questions. Does staff@ga-forum.com ever replied you? Or there are more forum staffs email address that I can send to? Thanks.

I didn't think people really got banned for no reason. perhaps thats why they ignore you? have you been banned a lot of times for no reason?
 
Perhaps because you have stumbled on a pro nintendo site, and you have 'sony' as your avatar ?

Or perhaps because 'Oogami' sounds silly.

Besides, everyone knows the GA mailbox is a blackhole where Emails and inquiries are crushed into oblivion.
 
i bet all your emails are being passed around the mod forum right now. I bet there is heaps of

:lol "Lets not reply!" going on.
 
I've sent a few to the forum moderators and have not seen a response.

Mine wasn't about being banned, but more about having my work IP un-banned. We have some slow time at work and I wanna check out these forums durigng this time. I have never surfed these forums from work, so I don't know why it is banned, it could be someone else in our company thats on the same network, but it been banned for sooo long, since atleast sometime last year, that I think they can lift the ban now.
 
Most of the staff on the staff@ email address for my website mostly ignore it. Since the email is going to half a dozen people, they figure someone else will do it. Unless it's a subject of particular interest, I'm usually the only one to reply, and my schedule sometimes bogs me down so much that I have a batch of outdated emails that I just let go.
 
Here's how it works:

We get the e-mail posted to a forum on GAF. If it compels us to respond, we do. It doesn't help when people send 5 e-mails regarding the same topic. That's about 5x less likely for us t respond. Of course, if you are too stupid to realize why you got banned, we don't bother responding.

Now, some of you that have written to get approved, you guys know it works for you. For those that don't read rules before registering, we don't help you guys. For the few instances where publishers/PR monkeys ask us to remove images/scans, we do.

It's all backwards when we have an admin staff that is not paid to do their work. And don't bother begging for a mod/admin position, we choose those people, and we have far too many right now as is.

But to better serve you, you guys should do the following:

Identify your problem
Post your user name
Keep it simple
