So yeah, typical style, I have an essay due in tomorrow (not till 4pm though, hurrah) that I haven't started yet and I'm working later today so help me out GAF! I need to find a good website on building a productive workforce, I tried google but for once it hasn't helped much. Of course I could actually read my class text book but erm, no.
THANK YOU ALL.
Here's the "help" they've posted on the department website:
The problem here is to explore the organizational context, and the need to impact on performance not just provide fun training; consider in detail the themes around the "practices" section of the core text and lectures (fun considering i've been to about three or four of them all semester); What are the strategies; do employers need to use more e-learning; do employers need to have lots of partnerships? A focal point might be considering the evolution and role of 'Corporate Universities', as covered in a lecture. Search out winners of recent training awards maybe.
