I've made a few 8-bit NES/Sega/RPG/etc. quizzes. No ads, no registration, just some quick trivia challenges. You can see how you do compared to others.

100% on NES easy,
40% on NES med,
67% pm SMS (never had one, so I think that's a pretty good score?)
93% on 8-bit heroes (only missed the Sega RPG).

I skipped the RPG one, as I was never really a fan of those.

I'm looking forward to more!

I fell in the Pidgit trap (curse you, second I!), but overall I did pretty well without cheating. (OK... so I would've spelled it "Alys" if you hadn't written it elsewhere...) Amusing, I liked it. Particularly the ones where you just pointed out a game sprite for identification.

Golden Axe Warrior was a zelda ripoff for the Master System. Like most Master System games it had better graphics and as I remember it, it was insanely difficult too.

Overall I liked Zelda better because I played it first, but this game was no slouch either (as I remember it, but my memory is getting bad in my old age).

The Alex Kidd question has an error. The correct answer is "Dinosaur Land," but one of the other choices is "Alex Kidd in Miracle Land," which is not an actual game, either. The correct title is "Alex Kidd in Miracle World."
